Job Description
• Align the organizational development opportunities with
organization strategic directions based on sound analysis of internal
strengths, weaknesses and with consideration of external opportunities
and threats.
• Participate in preparation of the development of
investment plans to enhance and improve business performance and level
of customer satisfaction and revenue to the organization.
•
Identify and prepare terms of reference (TOR) for potential development
projects in accordance with the recognized international standards and
excellence framework.
• Lead and manage the investment projects, in reference to the defined business needs and international standards.
•
Review and analyse the assessment results and define the potential
areas of improvement in conjunction with the business and market needs
towards increasing revenue along with customer satisfaction.
•
Identify gaps between the current cultural environment and the
environment needed for successful implementation of the business
strategy in terms of improvement framework, processes, knowledge
transfer and open new investment approaches.
• Provide necessary
support to PTA departments by conducting effective revenue analysis and
real-estate opportunities assessment as needed.
• Review, on an
ongoing basis, internal programs and processes to identify areas where
there may be barriers to a successful work culture or to the existing
processes.
• Identify key performance indicators for business
processes that guarantee achievement of highest business performance and
increment revenue delivery.
• Develop, review and maintain the
governance framework models which define, regulate and govern the
relationship and level of provided service between RTA and its Agencies
in accordance to the international best practices and the strategic
directions;
• Research and reconcile issues in investment
opportunities and develop a business model most suitable for the
business development project.
• Identify and analyse the major risks affecting an investment opportunity.
• Brief staff on project details and prepare presentations for investment committee.
•
Responsible for liaising with Real Estate companies to shepherd real
estate investment opportunities through the Acquisitions and
Underwriting phases of the project which may include reviewing and
assessing rent and sale comparable.
• Prepare and analyse cash
flow and fund position to highlight the agency’s financial needs and
raise funds for project finance requirements.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with the position when appropriate.
